I met Laura 3 weeks after I found out the diagnosis of Larson. She called one afternoon and my heart jumped when I saw the caller ID!! I was so comforted to have another mom to talk to who had gone through the same thing. Laura talked with me during my pregnancy, came to my birth and took incredible pictures, helped my husband and I make memorial service arrangements and continued to walk along side my on this journey. I have 4 healthy children, so planning for Larson was SO much different. I had to get all my memories in 23 hours. I would not have the mementos without her help! My family and I will be forever grateful for her walking with us during this difficult time.

words cannot explain how wonderful you have been to us. from the big things- like the memory kit to the little things like- encouraging emails and telling me to put a special lotion on our daughter. i can’t always remember the touch of her, but i can now always put on “sophia’s lotion” and instantly remember her and carry her memory with me all day. thank you for helping us figure out what would be important to us later. i am eternally grateful for you and that you used Pearl to help us all enjoy our babies for a short time. i can’t wait to meet her someday and thank her for changing the world in such a big big way.
