Your care can be organized by a labor and delivery RN with personal experience in perinatal loss
Serving as a liaison between the medical community by coordinating care with Perinatologist, Neonatologist, Obstetrician, Labor and Delivery and the Chaplain
Offer suggestions in creating a birth plan that will express your wishes for your care as well as your baby
Access to a support team member
Provide keepsake kit to be used after baby is born
Provide information for funeral or memorial planning
Provide anticipatory grief support
Offer the support of another family who has walked this journey
Referrals to community resources
Follow up support for family and friends for a minimum of two years
